Dayspring Christian Community Development Corporation
DCCDC is at the apex of new frontiers in its continuing journey and has been a consistent influence in the area of neighborhood development and economic opportunity for low-income persons in the Northeast area and throughout the City of Columbus and Franklin County. DCCDC was established by Rhema Christian Church to address the need for affordable housing, employment, literacy, and economic development in the community.

Accord Management
Accord Management serves as the Property Management firm for Stratford East serving the residents and owners by supporting the successful stewardship of the community. Accord is a member of the Praxia Partners family, a family of community development enterprises focused on equitable development. As a steward they collaborate with numerous community partners to bring resources and opportunities to the residents. Accord strives to provide the highest standard of quality property management services while creating communities that will enrich the surrounding neighborhood.
